How Long Does An Order Take To Be Delivered?
U.S Standard shipping please allow 5-8 Business days depending on high demand shipping may take longer.
U.S Express shipping please allow 2-4 Business days depending on high demand shipping may take longer.
International/Outside Country we are not currently shipping out of the U.S but please know that we will open up our policies to ship outside of the U.S soon.
Can I Cancel Or Return/Refund My Order?
All orders can be returned/refunded in the first 30 days. We will only accept orders that are defected or damaged. The Order must be in the exact condition it was shipped in with the Custom Bag, Custom Tag, Custom Stickers all still in the package. We will send you a shipping label to ship back to our location. Once we inspect it and confirm it was sent back in the exact condition, we can either exchange your order or refund it. If not in condition we sent your order in, your order will be shipped back to you.

What Is The Proper Way To Clean My Clothes?
Use normal temperature water while cleaning. Avoid using extra detergent like bleach or fabric softener etc. Make sure not to Iron on embroidery areas.
